In Week 1, you'll learn an easy-to-remember Writing Task #1 Template. In Week 2, you'll learn how to paraphrase the reading as well as the summarize the lecture. In Week 3, we focus on improving note taking skills and listening for details from the lecture. In Week 4, we'll discuss common grammar mistakes, your own personal grammar errors, and how to perfect the art of clean writing.

8 Classes
All classes will be live on zoom. There will be 2 classes each week held on Mondays and Wednesdays. Classes begin August 3 at 11 am PDT (Los Angeles time). They will be recorded so if you cannot attend live, you will have the ability to watch the class later. There is homework after every class and all homework must be completed on time. Each of our classes will be 1.5 hours long.

6 Essays
You will write a total of 6 TOEFL Writing Task 1 essays, otherwise known as the integrated essay. For each of your essays, I will provide feedback on how to improve. You will receive line by line grammar edits so you can track your grammar mistakes and ways to correct them. Because I will be devoted to giving each of your essays detailed feedback, class size will be limited.
